Our cake was beautiful, delicious, and exactly what we envisioned. Not only did it look stunning, but our guests kept commenting on how amazing it tasted. The team was easy to work with, responsive, and passionate about their craft. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding cake.

I ordered a 6-in heart shaped wedding cake and 12 dozen cupcakes for my wedding at Beach House in AMI on 4-17-26. Ron's desserts are decorated beautifully and tasted amazing. The cupcakes are flavorful and moist - the salted caramel is the best! Ron’s offered delivery to Anna Maria, and were reliable and on-time. Setting up the order was easy via email and the coordinators were kind and organized. In lieu of a traditional cake tasting, we opted to stop at the shop in Sarasota and purchased a variety of cupcakes from their display case. It was a fun highlight of wedding planning for my family. We spent about ~$600 on the wedding order which included the 144 cupcakes, 6in cake and delivery to AMI - a reasonable price for the quality of products and service IMO. I am so happy to have found Cakes by Ron and would highly recommend them for weddings and events.

Cakes by Ron was fantastic to work with and delivered a wedding cake that exceeded our expectations! From our very first appointment, Ron's son was wonderful to work with. We described exactly what we were envisioning for the cake, and they executed perfectly! The final design looked exactly how we imagined and fit our wedding beautifully. Not only was the cake gorgeous, but it tasted phenomenal as well. They offer an amazing selection of cake flavors and fillings, making it hard to choose. We went with lemon cake with lemon chiffon filling and marble cake with cannoli cream filling, and both were delicious. Our guests raved about the cake. The entire process was easy, stress free, and enjoyable from start to finish. We highly recommend Cakes by Ron to anyone looking for a beautiful cake that tastes just as incredible as it looks.

We ordered the most beautiful and amazing cake for our daughter’s 3rd birthday celebration. They met our hopes 100% and were so kind and effective. Thank you for this beautiful memory. The cake was not only gorgeous but really good too ! (And we re french - so we have very high standards when it comes to pastries! ) 9 months later and we still have the little horse they build for the top of the cake! Thank you!!

This cake was stunning! Every detail was perfect, especially the guitar. I’d sent Cakes by Ron a picture of my husband’s guitar and they replicated it to a tee. It was too beautiful to cut into, but once we did and tasted it - well, everyone was very impressed. They use premium ingredients that blend together beautifully and don’t have that fake sugary aftertaste that cheap stuff leaves in your mouth. I spoke with a few people on the bakery staff. Each of them were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They are a credit to the business. Thank you for helping to make my husband’s birthday special and very memorable.
